Note List

1. Polar residues ( S, T, C, Y, N, Q ) are less common in thermophilic proteins
   Asn and Gln are tend to undergo deamidation.  
   Met and Cys are tend to oxidation.

2. More charged residues on their surfaces in thermophilis , particularly Lys (K) and Glu (E) .
